About
Hokkaido International School (HIS) is an English-medium international school in Sapporo, founded in 1958 and WASC-accredited since 1982. It serves Pre-K through Grade 12 with a Reggio Emilia-inspired Early Years program, the International Primary Curriculum (IPC) at elementary, the International Middle Years Curriculum (IMYC) at middle school, and a college-preparatory AP program at high school. A satellite campus operates in Niseko. Boarding is available on campus.
